'Ladies who cycle for leisure.' A ladies cycling group that goes at the pace of the slowest. Our aim is to build ladies confidence in cycling whilst also providing opportunities for social riding, for ladies with a range of abilities. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 9.45am in Bliss café, Millgate, Thirsk, and aim to return by 2pm. As we are linked to Cycling UK via North Yorkshire Cycling Touring Club newcomers should become members after three rides. Children welcome. Children under 14 years of age must have parent/carer permission and may need to be accompanied by a parent/carer Accessible. We aim to be inclusive but do sometimes use bridleways. Currently we do not have access to a tandem. Please contact beforehand. Dogs welcome with conditions.

A much gentler yoga practice, suitable for anyone wishing to improve or regain their balance, strength, and mental wellbeing. Each pose will be done slowly and carefully, often done with chair and is adapted to your own ability and feeling of comfort.
